What you get
A list of what I find, each item with a dollar number. Things like contracts that renewed on their own, software nobody uses, prices and discounts that do not hold up, and card fees and payment terms. The list comes in the format shown here.

What it costs
You pay me a share of the money we find. We agree on the share together, in writing, before we start. After that, if you want me to stay, we agree on a fixed fee or a monthly plan first.
What happens next
You pick what to do. I stay and help your team do it. We check the numbers every month until it has paid for itself.
What this is not
I do not do books, taxes, audits or reviews. Your accountant does that. I work beside them.
