Who we are
- This site belongs to Miguel Abascal and The Orange Way Inc.
- You can write to us at 620 Veterans Drive Suite 12, Barrie, Ontario L4N 9J4, Canada.
- Questions about your information? Write to hello@abascal.co or message us on WhatsApp at +1 705 712 3215.
What we collect
- When you book a call, the booking form asks for your name, email, phone and a few notes about your business.
- When you visit, PostHog counts which pages get read and how people move through them. It runs without cookies, so the count is anonymous. No profiles, no ad tech.
Why we collect it
- To hold your call, reach you about it and prepare for it.
- To see which pages help owners, so we can make the site better.
What we never do
- We never sell your information.
- We never rent it, trade it or share it for marketing.
- We do not use ad tracking or build ad profiles.
Who else sees it
- Our booking calendar (GoHighLevel) stores your booking details so the call can happen.
- PostHog stores the anonymous page counts for us.
- These services may process information outside Canada. Each of them follows its own privacy rules and its own promises to protect your information.
- Nobody else gets your information.
How long we keep it
- Booking details stay only as long as we need them to work together, or as long as the law asks.
- Anonymous page counts are kept in totals, not tied to you.
How we protect it
- Email and file storage run on Proton, which is zero knowledge: messages and documents are encrypted so Proton itself cannot read them.
- Working documents stay on a computer whose drives are fully encrypted with LUKS, the standard Linux disk enterprise encryption. The information is locked even if the machine is stolen.
- When AI tools help with the work, only paid, business grade frontier models are used, from companies like Anthropic (Claude), OpenAI (Codex), Google (Gemini), xAI (SuperGrok) and Meta (Muse), under terms that turn off training on customer data.
- An NDA, a commitment to keep your information confidential, is always signed before any work starts.
- Signing in to the accounts that hold your information needs a physical security key (YubiKey). A password alone is not enough, so only Miguel can get in.
- Booking details live in the booking calendar behind a password and encryption.
- Only Miguel sees what you send, and it is never shared beyond the services named on this page.
Cookies
- This site sets no cookies of its own.
- The booking calendar may set its own cookies to make the calendar work.
Your rights
- You can ask to see, fix, export or delete your information at any time.
- Just write to hello@abascal.co and we will take care of it.
- If you are not happy with our answer, you can complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada at priv.gc.ca.
Changes
- If this page changes, the date at the top will change too.
- Big changes will be noted on this page before they take effect.
