What I do
You know what a client needs and you set the plan. I help their team make it happen, across how money comes in and how it goes out, and I report back to you.
What I do not do
- The client stays yours. I work behind you or beside you, as you prefer.
- I do not touch the books, the close or tax. That is your work. I am not an accountant.
- You review first. Nothing goes to your client until you have seen it.
- Light on your time. A one page intake and short meetings. I do the follow-up.
- Start small. One client first.
